“I’ve learned that people will forget what you said but will never forget how you made them feel.”
Healthcare is constantly evolving, from regulations to new technologies like AI, and providers must adapt while prioritizing patients, relying on strong teams to navigate ongoing change.
I made a friend through a breast cancer nonprofit who valued my perspective on PR and marketing, offered me a role at Comprehensive, and I’ve never looked back.
I began at Comprehensive with no healthcare experience, but I’ve learned that passion, curiosity and a strong work ethic can be just as valuable as subject matter expertise.
I often say I grew up at Comprehensive—I motivate by showing up, being available, and supporting my team so we can tackle challenges together and no one feels alone.
I’m proud to have helped expand access, advance clinical trials, and shape policy, while my most meaningful moments come from connecting with patients, whose experiences have kept me here for 16 years.
I recognize how emotional caring for cancer patients can be, and I lead with that perspective, understanding not every day is positive and empathy is essential.
Most recently someone was surprised to learn that I am an avid reader. I typically read 3-4 books per month and I try to read every night before I go to sleep to clear my mind.
I think about my sons. Though they see me work hard daily, I make them my priority and I show up for them no matter what. I hope I inspire them to work hard, find balance and build great careers.
