The man, 65, was on the train in the 1200 block of North Clark Street, near the Clark/Division Red Line station, when the three of them beat and dragged him off the train before spray-painting his face, police said.
The suspects were described as a man in his early 20s with a shag hair style and “5718” tattooed on his left knuckles. The other attacker was listed in his early 20s wearing a dark sweater, tan pants and earrings. They were accompanied by a woman in her early 20s wearing a brown coat, black pants and brown boots, police said.
